The owner lacks maturity and it left no room for growth for the employee or the company. Jason Cases promotes sophistication as a brand but Jason treated even his best employees like they were high school students and/or they should be thanking him for letting them work there. He would obsess about employees staying clocked in for an extra 5-10 minutes if they weren't actually working. There was no faith and trust in his employees. He wanted everyone to feel like they were working at a high end tech company (providing a weight room, company lunches, rides in his tesla and a fancy break room) but gave no personal feedback/positive reinforcement, benefits, bonuses and made employees feel disposable. He required a lot of overtime (with threats that it's his right as an employer to make you stay and/or he can fire you if you don't). I actually enjoyed working overtime for the money however he demanded it in a way that made me resentful. I tried really hard to improve this company and in the end I had to leave. I don't recommend working here. No room for growth. Just frustration and a company that's going in circles.
