      - fun environment in a specific teams only - a little bit fast learning curve growing

      Cons

      - Very very bad management decisions - A lot of unfulfilled promises in all aspects - They are claiming to be a scrum company, but they are not even close - A LOT of misaligned, your 1-month-work can be totally declined because of misalignment - No mentorship, no talents in company overall - There’s no process of anything - Low salaries compared to Market
