      Good experience and co-worker but bad salary and boss

      - People in the company are great - Help each other - Casual attire - WFH - Friendly environment - Good client - A lot of work but still can manage

      Cons

      - Low salary - Rarely got bonus - No overtime fee - Emotional boss - Micromanagement - Impromptu work and lack of proper instruction - Stress and mental health - No respect for employees - Disrespecting clients - Uncapble boss to manage - Hard to get a holiday - Always like to contact employees outside of working hours
