Pros
The only good thing about this shithole of a company is their pay. They offer good salary and their incentive structure is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
Cons
Extreme micromanagement, even from WFH they want you to be continuously on Skype call so that it feels like everyone’s working from office. LOL. They try to intervene in your personal life. They run a scam in the US staffing industry, where they hire sales people to act as candidates and then they play switch and bait where there technical team takes the interview. That is why they force for phone interviews, easier to run the scam. They’ll give people pseudo names to operate in US market.
