Dont ever Join this worst compnay in your life I worked for 3 months only Before Joining see there employees tenure time in linkedin by visiting there official handle. You can find 95% exployes who joined 3 to 9 months back. No employe can stay with them for a long time period. Reasons They want IT staff who should be working from 6pm to 3:30 Am There as a recruiter you can only find very limited candidates who are willing to join in that shift timmings. Its 100% cold calling job As a recruiter after you selecting one candidate after rejecting n number of candidates , then some worst team leads will do there skype interviews. They will be looking for American accent of english in Indian candidates They barely select 2 to 3 percent of south indian candidates in there system as south indians have Mother tounge influnce in english. Working hours of Recruiters is 12 pm to 9Pm Where you will be exhausted every day to get minimum 2 number of selections. Team leads at there worst. Plz Plz dont join in this company One team lead will say she was not ready with her makeup so that she cant come on video for that day in status calls. and she will say every one has to be on Cam After reading this review if you join means you will be regreating very soon. No culture no values no indian holidays you have to work like slaves under them
