-Work environment is toxic & drama fuelled -Far too much work for such little pay. -Understaffed -Poor management -Lots of favouritism within supervision & management

- Phenomenal team and team culture are the reason for a good rating - Fulfilling work re-homing hundreds of cats, bringing satisfaction in finding them good homes - Unique opportunity to work closely with cats and contribute to their wellbeing

- Absence of effective leadership at the upper management levels - Lack of responsiveness to employee concerns and suggestions • Understaffed, resulting in overwork and low pay for employees - Lack of fair compensation for tasks beyond job descriptions - Frequent absence of management on weekends, leading to inefficiencies and frustration - Minimum wage for a job that hours far beyond that with the excuse of being a startup company despite having two branches in London
