      Above average salary on offer.

      Cons

      The work environment within the finance team is very toxic. New leadership is spineless, rude and arrogant. Don't be lured by the pay or the "Best Place to Work" they throw around - employees are pressured and told how to vote for this. Jaybro is a toxic workplace and people are resigning in droves. The company is in desperate need of cultural change. All looks shiny on the outside but is rotten on the inside.

      The people in power, have no clue what they are doing. So many people are leaving this toxic company, and fingers need to be pointed at management and supervisors. No suggestions ever heard, promises NEVER kept. Pay isn't even good. They pay the bare minimum compared to other warehouse positions ! Selfish, money hungry, power hungry sheep. Avoid at all costs.

      No pros to Jaybro anymore, the restructure has ruined the company.

      Uncompetitive pay, knocked back for deserved pay rises constantly, overworked, forced to sell products we have no knowledge of, no training, no compassion, no leniency, bad management.
