      Pros

      it is easy to work with multiple division and make a connection with other due to similar age.

      Cons

      - you can't reach manager position if you don't understand mandarin - anything is possible, even the bad ones. you can get a review as your superior position and of course it will come out as bad review. - don't expect bonus or fast reimburse.
