I can confirm what many others have written — Jit Team is a company where you're treated as nothing more than a "resource" in an Excel spreadsheet and a number on an invoice. As long as you keep your head down and generate profit, everything seems fine. However, you only see management's true face when a crisis arises. Transparency in this company is a myth. Decisions affecting committed employees — such as removing responsibilities or changing the terms of cooperation — are made behind closed doors, without informing the people involved, without any prior discussion, and without verifying the facts. All it takes is a single unverified allegation or rumor from an external source (for example, from a frustrated candidate or a client), and management goes into reputational panic mode. Without hesitation, they will throw their own employee under the bus, giving them no opportunity to explain their side of the story. The company is obsessed with protecting its public image, yet paradoxically creates a toxic internal environment by treating its people with the cold, uncompromising mindset of a corporate machine. There is a complete lack of managerial maturity among those making decisions (I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who ends up reporting to those "managers"). After reading the reviews left by others, I have to admit that I experienced almost exactly the same thing—or something very similar. There is simply no respect for people.
