Staff members who are horrible and bully, go to higher ups over and over yet nothing happens, always crying at work due to horrible staff and abuse from customers. While putting up with all of that you’re on minimum wage even when doing way more work than your job title Always understaffed and having to cancel appointments and fit people in every single day
