Rewarding position helping kids with autism Decent pay & benefits Owners really care about the staff and go above and beyond to do fun things and provide lunches for staff to show their appreciation.
Cons
Communication and staffing issues. There’s never enough staff which puts a lot of pressure to on the staff that are present. They often switch your caseload without asking or informing you. BCBAs do not get enough support to sustain a reasonable work-life balance.
