I can’t think of any cons. It is a job where you have to be active & use a lot of energy sometimes, however, that is the work style I prefer so I loved it!

There was always a change in management. This made it so frustrating to get anything done. They also refused to hire more staff, so if you were sick and needed someone to cover your class, there wasn't any options. And because they refused to higher more staff, they gave us more kids to work with, which made managing the class very difficult because the gym was name for 4 kids max.
