Pros

Pros - flexible with hours , great team and co-workers, decent commission, diversity, and good benefits.

Cons

This company used to be a great place to work for. However, it's not the same as it once was. Upper management has been cutting costs over the course of the years. The mobile market has fallen off significantly. Positions that once existed are no longer around. Room for growth has become non-existent. A couple store locations in Regina have closed due to low sales. These cost cutting measures have negatively affected the company. Many positions that currently exist perform the job of what used to take 3-4 positions for less pay. Raises are extremely low and targets are nearly impossible to reach in the current mobile climate. Upper management will not hesitate to remove staff, positions and locations that underperform. Employees are often considered disposable and easily replaceable.

Pros

People are nice. Pretty decent wage + commission. Managers are nice.

Cons

It’s constantly understaffed. So there are a lot of chances of you closing alone by yourself, despite there being a few security problems where items were stolen they made no change to ensure the safety of the employees. They didn’t even hold a meeting afterwards any of them to discuss procedures. There is no real opportunity for growth.

Pros

You meet a lot of cool people and friends.

Cons

Very little raises or opportunity for promotions. Continuously given more duties for no additional pay. The upper management will promote themselves without paying you, while delegating their duties onto you.
