      Very poor on-boarding guide. No training give. Poor support from management

      Pros

      People are nice, but seriously overworked. A lot of diversity amongst the staff. Nice location in the Denver Tech Center

      Cons

      No training given upon hire. Poor support from management. Expectations not defined. High turn over in all departments. People are too busy to even eat lunch away from their desk.

      Smaller Company with some fun aspects Decent Salary

      Cons

      If you don't buddy up with the execs, you won't get promoted or know what is going on Women rarely get promoted Lack of company focus/direction Benefits not great and no incentives to get education and learn new skills
