Jupiter Systems was acquired by InFocus in 2015

Pros

Love Jupiter and it's Jovians. The organization and team was generally organized, supportive, collaborative, proactive, positive... Unfortunately it is no longer Jupiter Systems, Hayward, Ca.

Cons

InFocus acquired Jupiter Systems in 2015. The pro's of Jupiter Systems no longer exist. The new entity is completely branded and managed as an InFocus entity, and it's obvious. There were two serious medical emergencies during the 1st year of acquisition, that were believed to be directly attributed to high levels of stress, disorganization, and chaos brought on top down new management team and structure. Current Hayward location appears to be shutting down. Growth opportunities non existent. InFocus Hayward Ca is not an enjoyable positive environment.

Not accurate. Review refers to a different Jupiter Systems. Not the JSI in PH.

Pros

A good place to start an ERP career particularly on Fresh graduate

Cons

Management appears ineffective in handling employees and tends to be strongly company-focused. Implementation Specialists are overworked, while customer support mainly routes tickets rather than resolving issues directly. The sales team has limited product knowledge, with consultants often handling demos. Project coordination is mostly administrative, focusing on time tracking and end-of-day reporting. There is also no dedicated training team for onboarding or paid certification support, so learning is largely self-driven and cross-functional exposure is expected. As a result, employees often end up doing end-to-end work across implementation, pre-sales, and post-sales functions, which can be both demanding and developmental.
