Pros
Nice snacks and lunches, and that is literally it
Cons
Can only repeat what has been said before, unprofessional, backstabbing, managers with no clue what they’re doing, don’t expect any training to onboard and do your job, don’t ever expect any support or to develop your career. If you’re interested in having a career there please be willing to suck up to everyone, be treated like a piece of sh** and ignored for months until acknowledged and maybe eventually make it into the right group of people to have the right to get pissed all day and don’t do work but be praised. But don’t dare to actually try to do your job and be good and get anything positive from it. It’s just a horrible place to work and really bad for your mental health as well as your career.
