Majority of jobs not organised correctly, parts missing or not ordered at all, clients unaware of engineer arrival, the sales team were unable to correctly spec a job, and as an engineer if you called for parts/further action to be taken nothing seemed to happen. And then when clients complained, the management would blame the engineers.
Pay rises have been promised for over a year without appearing, instead the goalposts are moved at any opportunity. This has resulted in the more experienced staff leaving, and the remaining staff do not have the same knowledge.
