      It was once a great company but it isn’t anymore.

      Pros

      Working for Not for profits and Edu’s is satisfying.

      Cons

      The owner is burning everything down. There were great leaders and great people but as people came in contact with the owner they would become disillusioned and leave. Lots of talent went out the door in the last few years.

      CEO is clueless. Upper management all but gone. 34 people quit in the past 18 months.

      No micromanaging your work day.

      Cons

      The entire leadership team has turned over in the last 18 months. The CEO is not a leader or strategic thinker. Scrambling to make it work and maintain relationships with clients but services is drowning. Check out website barely anyone left. Avoid for at least a year.
