Great career start but needs a lot of improved communication and policies
Pros
Great place to start a career in Accounts Payable. I learned a lot both personally and professionally during my tenure. The work environment helped me build strong process knowledge, and I'm grateful for the opportunity and experience.
Cons
The company could improve transparency around notice period and relieving policies by communicating changes well in advance. Better alignment of compensation with industry standards would help retain experienced employees. Evening shift facilities such as the cafeteria and coffee machine should remain available, attendance policies could be more practical by introducing a reasonable grace period, and workplace policies should be applied consistently across all employees. Improved workspace planning and clearer communication would also enhance the overall employee experience.
