No one know how to manage high turn over

Training was not the most streamlined and there aren't always concrete guidelines or expectations for how to perform the job. Lots of sitting in front of a computer all day.

Management doesn’t communicate well, people are clicky, pay isn’t up to industry standard, little chance of promotion or moving up, zero diversity

There is too much work to do and you never feel accoplished or rewarded for the work. There is no training, there are no proccess, when you have an issue that needs to be resolved you are unsure who to contact and how ro resolve. No flexibilty

No structure, leadership is horrible, no proper training

Training is very short and a brief overview. However, once assigned to a project things can get more complex. All projects run differently, so it can be hard to get help from a colleague. High turn over. Regularly getting moved from one project to another. Compensation is similar to what you can get as a fast food manager and theres no reward for performance. There is also no performance review. So you never really know if you are doing well. They will give you a raise/ promotion when they feel like it. You start with only 2 weeks of paid vacation. I saved my vacation and when I left 1 year later I had a week remaining that I earned (yes in a year I only took 1 week off). They do not pay out your leave when you quit.

Micromanagement, which results in lack of freedom in workplace.

Poor leadership. Managers don't receive management training, therefore, many employees treat one another like middle school bullies.

Promised a start location in Reno, NV which never occurred. Promised a company vehicle which never occurred, hired as a Field Tech IV and was performing basic builds / Iron work / rack and stack, Safety was not a concern as we worked with broken equipment and ladders on the regular, no training on systems (proprietary reporting systems) for reports and inventory,
