      Pros

      the recruitment process was very smooth and straightforward, the 2 recruiters I have liaised with have been kind, caring and very focused on my experience. Instead of sending me a dry rejection email, they booked a 10-min call with me to give me feedback and explain the reasons for rejecting me. I didn't ask for feedback, they were proactive and wanted to make sure that I am not too upset about the outcome and that I understand the reasons behind their decision. Impeccable recruitment team!
