      Pros

      They are really selfish and unprofessional people. They prefer women, females because controller of shifts are happy to speak every women every whole night and if you are frank and in a relationship with them you will get worked without any experience but if you even working for a long time will be removed fromm work just because of not accepting offers to speak to with them and giving them Extra favours in wrong ways

      You just get stress after working here, no professionalism and just they degrade more rights of employees
