      Colleagues were so supportive, salary was good

      Unclear direction from the management made me look doing nothing. Got fired at the end.

      1. Friendly coworkers 2. Understanding higher ups (local) 3. I dont feel overworked here 4. Great salary offer

      Cons

      1. Higher ups from china dont really listen to the staffs 2. Layoffs 3. KPIs that makes no sense 4. If you speak mandarin, you will be glorified. If you don't, it would be hard for you to have career advancement
