      Pros

      Some interesting projects, but can be ethically debatable. Extremely strong female staff.

      Cons

      Some senior leadership could do with allowing others' to take credit for their work. I saw some very questionable ways of providing feedback from senior leaders to more junior staff, that had a negative knock on effect.

      Kind caring team who genuinely care about work life balance and their employees. Great mixture of very interesting accounts, and variety of work!

      Cons

      Work can be demanding, but no different to any other agency.

      Mission driven work, health focus Despite my experience, I believe they had/have good intentions They had a lot of staff with long tenures

      Cons

      While interviewing I was led to believe that there would be varied clients across lots of health issues. This is possibly true for some staff, but I was assigned one large corporate client outside my area of expertise.
