Pros
A lot of great co-workers who are very supportive and intelligent. Pay and PTO is good.
Cons
Senior management acts like mean girls. If they don't like you based on personal preference, you can expect to be put on a PIP for the most minor infraction with subsequent firing, meanwhile the friends of senior management who are incompetent are protected. Ageism is apparent and rampant. Benefits are so-so.

Small company - ability to get exposure to different tasks/roles easier than at a big CRO. Supportive, smaller teams Remote only work Global company that understands the importance of diversity
Cons
Newer/small company so there are some growing pangs as with any company as it grows Remote only work - less personal interactions vs. office environment. At times may take longer to solve IT issues without an in person interaction.
