      Exciting company, great technology and amazing people

      Pros

      This company has some of the smartest people I have ever met. The company culture and energy is great. The new CEO has given a boost of excitement on how our diagnostic tools will help save lives. Very happy to be a part of this organization.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con if you like getting things done quickly and seeing results but it can be a very fast paced environment

      Worst Leadership in Industry

      Pros

      Good technology. Test that can save lives. Free lunch every day. Happy Hours on Fridays. Most people are great.

      Cons

      Leadership decided to lay-off all of their commercial team during COVID. Not because of funding, they just received $168 million in series B funding. Told everyone we were safe through the shutdown and that they would take care of us through all of this. No loyalty what so ever to any employee that works here. CEO can’t run a commercial team to save his life. Good Luck to Customer Success selling this test with no sales reps. Laying 25% of your company off during a worldwide pandemic will never benefit you. People will remember this forever.

      Pros

      Test can help ID physicians treat their patients with more precision.

      Cons

      Lacking data as much as the company lacks emotional intelligence. All the negative reviews have been taken down. It’s disappointing. This company is awful. When I started there were 60 plus employees now it’s down to 40. Hostile work environment. CEO and COO both narcissists.
