Pros
The atmosphere is great as the company is growing and expanding very quickly. Young team full of energy. Plenty of room for contribution on any area of the business that can be improved.
Cons
The company is so young and it is growing so fast that it lacks structure and procedures in some areas which is a typical feature of high-growth start-ups. Some patience and creativity is required sometimes.

Okay for entry level, mid level roles only. Not good if you want long term growth. Founders are immature, lack clarity and biased.
