Secure parking, paid on time, free fruit though often looks a bit iffy. Tea and coffee. Modern vehicles, fuel tank on site.
Cons
Business model stretched with CEO drive to increase business without.. yep, you guessed it, investing thoroughly and properly. Dodgy temps when stretched, you pass a DBS check to join but I do not believe the temps would. Some iffy health and safety practices and with no real proper Ops or Transport manager, there are areas of serious question. Some long termers are clearly out for themselves and will throw you under the bus in order to achieve. Weekly meetings are drivle. A company ethos and core values that they fail without even realising. . Vehicle / FORS checks not completed by some. Especialy on vehicle exchanges.. Slack, super slack. Vehicles at times over weight when going out. No accurate way of checking loads just put a wet finger in the air.
