      Pros

      I get to work remotely 100% in my capacity I get to travel around the UK to meet various customers and partners I get to teach in a technical level what we do as a company. I get to speak with workers of all levels from entry to C Sec level. My team in the UK is amazing - simply put. My manager is uber understanding and a great man to be around! I get commission - never had that before and it is a motivator!

      Cons

      None. I am not making this up - I have found not whilst being here just under 6 months. Everyone does what they can to make you welcome and feel you made the right choice for being here.

      Great people and culture with lots of potential

      Cons

      While the product is very solid it it felt that penetrating the UK market was going to take an enormous amount of energy, as it is more saturated than others where Flowmon has performed very well. The acquisition by Kemp may have eased that.
