Toxic culture of conformity and overworking. Another poster mentioned the same thing. "Work life balance" doesnt mean much if you start at 9 and work until 630 every day of the week. Feel like you cant bring it up or you are seen as not a "team player". "Unlimited vacation" gives a similar impression as just paying lip service to attract talent. Very disorganized and lacking the ability to effectively teach and on-board new staff, expected to just figure it out.
