1. Boring work but you would hear a lot about HHarvard's education of founders.
Cons
1. Directionless management 2. Engineering is rarely heard 3. The codebase is riddled with tech debt 4. No clear idea of how to promote people 5. With a team of single-digit people, they lost 5 people since Jan 2024

Great team of kind, hard-working individuals. Every non-manager that I've worked with has been amazing
Cons
Absolutely abysmal leadership. These people have been running the company for 5+ years and still are not able to learn from their mistakes. Headcount growth has been non-existent for past 3 years because of the turnover rate, that should tell you something. The current tactic is to try to squeeze as much as possible out of current employees as they are completely unable to scale the business and get the necessary people in crucial roles.
