      Great coworkers and rehab team, flexible hours.

      Cons

      The same as you have with almost any company in this setting. Unrealistic productivity levels, a lot of pressure to get minutes with patients etc.

      Owned and operated by therapists so they understand the daily challenges. Ethical service delivery Allows for work/life balance

      Cons

      Every company has downsides. I appreciate this company attempts to improve those while always putting patient's and employee's needs as priority.
