Working with motivated individuals who have big goals and aspirations to grow & evolve themselves. I also enjoy how they not only help me with my professional goals but also my personal goals.
Cons
This business requires hard work and dedication. Not for people who are looking for a basic “job”.

I’ve been working here for almost 3 months now and I am learning so much about hard work and how to go after the success I am looking for. The management team cares very much about my growth and makes sure I’m setting goals so I stay on track.
Cons
Not for those who are not looking for growth and advancement in a job. Very challenging in the beginning but gets easier.
