1. QA team, tech team and design team are professional and nice. 2. Free snacks and drinks. 3. Location is good.
Cons
1. CEO, CTO with poor management. 2. Business team doesn't care the colleuges from other team, and never ask for men day, it means if they promise the client the product will be done in a month, then you only have one month to do it, including the period of preparation. 3. Everything have to approved by business team, even you are professional in the field. 4. Laid off the staff who are professional, to increase the salary for the poor PM. 5. The more professional you are, the less chances you get. 6. The more amateur you are, the more salary you get. 7. The more friendly with business team you are, the more comfortable you work.
