      Pros

      Ownership and management are very laid back, flexible and friendly. Pay is great! The team is somewhat small, but everyone is a pleasure to work with. Exceptional benefits, the best I've ever seen a company offer! Tuition reimbursement for those looking to go back to school. 401k matching up to a certain percent for those looking to retire one day. Quarterly reviews with bonuses offered for those that meet or exceed their goals. Free lunch once a week. One of those exceedingly rare places you seriously enjoy showing up to work every day.

      Plenty of work to do so no time to be bored.

      Turnover in management created discord, dishonesty and segregation which greatly impacted the workplace culture due to poor leadership skills.
