Disorganized and Poor Management Culture. Takes forever to solve an issue. Have to wait and wait to see changes. Felt like staff is not trusted with anything. Unless this culture is changed, no one can stay with them long term. I also felt like they do not fill enough necessary positions and fly by and who suffers the most? Front office, Back office, Doctors and other coordinators. They need good management to resolve issues on a long term basis, patching things around just does not work.

Too much of a corporate culture for a non-profit. Doesn't value clientele and employees. Poor hiring methods and management as evident by the number of staff that come and go -- it's literally a revolving door. Speculate that wrongful termination is a norm here as a handful of people were fired during my time there for what appears to be personal reasons. No teamwork and work culture very toxic. Just stay away if you can.
