      Loads of freedoms, intellectually challenging, diverse topics

      Pros

      Diverse team spread around the world. Free to decide when and where to work, only have to attend a couple of calls per week. Mostly EU timezone. Intellectually challenging work You learn a lot about the issues you are working on. Great and reliable pay, especially given the flexibility.

      Cons

      Had to brush up my writing skills. Sometimes the research is a bit boring. Reminds me of days spent in the library wading through papers.

      Pros

      I have to mention my colleagues here, they're awesome! I like the flexibility that we won with work from home, workcation, and so on. I love working on our product, since I believe education is very important.

      Cons

      A certain autonomy is expected, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of.
