Pros
The team on the ground are incredible. Such a welcoming, fun team to be a part of and they all support each other through the daly struggle that is working at Kin House. The venue itself is beautiful and it was such a joy to be associated with it.

Lack of trust in employees Lack of clarity in day to day runnings and responsibilities Constant baiting and switching job descriptions No respect for employees No room for growth or salary increase
