In order to take advantage of the opportunities for development you have to know the right people. Otherwise you may not be able to have visibility of these opportunities.

Pros
Remote work is great, saves money and time versus commuting to an office to only see employees in person. Job requirements are easily done fully online with no need for in office. Benefits and management is excellent.
Cons
Promotion is not offered to employees under level 4, career growth can be limited in this position. Pay is on the low end for productivity requirements. The average number of weekly team meetings can be excessive.
