Not the place to work

Pros

Central London location Diverse cultural backgrounds Young and socially active team members (often self-organised)

Cons

The man leading the business sells you a dream at the interview, in reality he is a pontificating and inconsiderate man. He would be unmoved to change and keep up with the times despite promises and would take out his temper to staff who made errors often without recourse. Many have left due to this last point. The salary is too low to deal with highly particular client needs and often you would have to skip lunch or stay late to deal with ground issues.

Good for a first job

Pros

Sales team gets great fam trips Friendly young office Manageable workload Great for a first job, they employee a lot of people with no experience

Cons

Fixed working hours: no hybrid or flexible working; strict 9am–6pm office presence required, • Limited progression: career development is slow and prioritises long-term tenure over individual merit. Siloed incentives: commission is restricted to sales only, with no reward sharing or bonuses for supporting staff. Subjective pay - salaries and raises lack transparency and often feel based on personal rapport rather than clear KPIs
