Sometimes I don’t quite understand how the company operates, and it’s constantly changing. Spend a lot of time doing meaningless things. Relations between departments are not good. The senior management's attitude towards employees was not very good before. They improved after receiving feedback from employees, but they also made a lot of excuses. Employees need to ask for salary increases and promotions themselves. Working in a high-pressure environment with sometimes unacceptable demands.
