Pros

Nice team that work together and uplift one another. They look out for each other and defend one another against their horrible CEO.

Cons

The founder of this company and CEO is really a piece of work. She hires recent college grads she knows do not have experience and then over works them while verbally harassing them daily. Her daily emails? ALL CAPS and her phone calls are rude and unprofessional. Not to mention she runs her business from one email. Beware. You may think one person is reading your emails but it’s really about 4 recruiters all signed into one account speaking for her.

Pros

Co-workers are great, area is also great.

Cons

The CEO of this company, Amy Kossoris, is an overaggressive individual who cares about no one except herself. She thinks she can intimidate and degrade her employees just because she is responsible for putting money in their pockets. If you are considering accepting a job for this company, I highly suggest you run as fast as possible in the other direction unless you are okay with giving your best efforts and receiving emails in all caps telling you you're no good or even worse, phone calls from the CEO putting you down using vulgar language. You will be worked like a dog and shown absolutely no appreciation for it, but rather be threatened to be fired unless you step up your work, no matter how good the quality is. The average turnover date at this company is 30 days, so if job security was something that you were interested in, then this is far from being your best bet. Do yourself a massive favor, and do not even for a second consider giving any of your time and effort to Kossoris Search Inc as an employee.

Pros

The pay is fair, until you factor in the hostile work environment.

Cons

Amy tends to prey on applicants fresh out of college to work for her because young college graduates are typically bright eyed, needs money, and usually a bit naive. At the time, the pay offered wasn't bad, but the work environment is ripe for a lawsuit. Your main job consists of compiling emails from different law firms and putting it into an excel sheet. Afterwards, you spam those attorneys with a posting informing them of the open position. She also uses the alias "Amy Dunn" since she has binding contracts with some firms restricting her from recruiting within the firm. But she does it anyway. The work itself isn't hard, but working with Amy is. She is extremely temperamental and will not hesitate to chew you out . I went to work with a sick feeling in my stomach everyday and I began to doubt myself. This was the worst position coming out of undergrad because she made me feel as though I was incompetent.
