Pros
I have been hired as an recruitment Lead in these respective company stating they have only one client, bench sales candidates and 5 recruiters whom they want a lead. I think this is the only pros I had
Cons
When I entered into the company they said there is no client or requirement, they had 8 candidate whom 95% of candidates are all Transfer cases or OPT's and there was only one recruiter with 2 months of experience but they need placements and they wants to create process which I dont know whats the process all about without any base (client). Supported couple of time for third party requirement.
