Not a good company to work /mental abuse /no salary
Pros
None, the company basically takes money from students to give internship n training which they claim to provide training for courses like fullstack in 1month,they use wipro name as credential partner to lure candidates. For employees they don't give full salary,lot of deduction in name of late coming,lop,target....at last they give you some chillar
Cons
My experience in this 3monh startup is that the company makes employees to work extra working hours and it also does not provide proper salary on time they will give the salary around 7 or 8th of the month and that to by deducting lot of money for me it was around 33000 but I got only around 6000 where I was a full time employee so don't join this company if you don't want to work hard and lose money. Not a good working place, founders are baap of conjooos, they exploit employees as they know not every employee will go file case as it would again require investment of time and energy and money also.
