      Pros

      A really friendly team of people who genuinely care about the service they provide and the person-centred nature of it. Always fair, always open to suggestion. A delight to work for during the completed length of my contract.

      Caring; considerate to staff and client needs; flexible and approachable; good rates of pay; fun and friendly atmosphere whilst maintaining professionalism at all times; offers excellent ongoing training opportunities above the norm; excellent support network to office based and remote working staff.

      Cons

      Rural location means internet access is limited at times, which makes working in an office troublesome at times. Not enough biscuits in the tin!
