Pros
Being a small company, you wear many hats and learn a lot. The product, team and industry is fun.
Cons
Being a small company, you wear many hats and often do more than your share. Not everyone volunteers. There is not a lot of room for career advancement since the US team is small. Parent HQ is heavy handed and doesn't quite understand the US market or it's employees. If you're looking for a 9-5 job and not advance then this company is for you. 95% of the US employees have been in the same position for several years.
