      Pros

      I worked with Kwikpay Pvt. Ltd. (Pune) for almost 2 years. I learned many things because of the platform Kwikpay provided me. My learning hasn't stopped since the day I joined and that I'm really grateful for.

      Cons

      No culture, assistance from senior, events, festivals etc. Fake growth promises/evaluation. Lack of transparency.

      Good work Life balance. Few snacks and refreshment when its someones birthday

      Cons

      1. There are no pros in this company, the interviewer claims to give you 6 months hike but there are n't any hike. 2. The manager will not allow you to talk with the CEO. 3. There is no appreciation of your work by upper management, and everything comes last minute. 4. The main concern person has horrible mood swings and she will take it out on you for no good reason.
