Pros
You get a lot of freedom when you work there, around the shop looking for something to do, you keep an eye on customers and offer your help when needed, it's not a stressful job.
Cons
As said before, the job is not stressful, but you have objectives to reach every day and sometimes you have to explain yourself when the traffic is not good or an event makes that not a lot of customers comes inside the shop.
