This company talks itself up & gets you believing in its mission & the capability of its staff. It convinces you that things are great, the work is hard but rewarding & there is great potential for development. That’s the PR being promoted!
Cons
BUYER BEWARE! They talk the talk but struggle to walk the walk and deliver. Try raising an issue with any senior person that they don’t like or don’t want to face & you are sectioned, then summarily dismissed or ignored. Their HR people are particularly bad; they know there are issues with contracts & are setting people up for future battles with the UK Tax authorities but don’t want to deal with it, kicking the can down the road, perhaps hoping it will go away. And that is an indication of the quality of this disorganisation… shall I go on?
