      None. Nice perfume is something you can buy for yourself.

      Cons

      When interviewer is late to the interview and doesn't bat an eye nor offers an apology, asks the most cliche questions 'where do you see yourself in 5 years', 'give me one of your strong and one weak points' etc, when they don't actually ask about your education, skills or employment- you know the company is run terribly and it is absolutely not worth it. Run away from it!

      Unfortunately all I was promised was not delivered. The expectation did not match the reality

      Cons

      Now Estée Lauder are owners it’s like working for any other brand in a department store. Next to no training and I was left on my own without support of other staff. Area manager was next to non existent apart from passive aggressive emails.

      Very low paid, at least 2k less than other fragrance brand for full timers Toxic management Commission Scheme is very untransparent Area Managers are useless, lazy, bossy, micro-managing on everything. Extending Opening Hours Cutting down budget. Work Culture is being full Estée Lauder vibes
